I was just playing a multiplayer round on Kiawah's back 9, on hole 17 where I had a putt from up near the bunker that went downhill. I read the green correctly and had the putt lined up, and instead of going in, it hit the flagpole. I am not even quite sure why the flagpole was even up, but it should have gone in. If this could be corrected I would be pretty happy. Otherwise it's a fun game. Thanks all.

Did you notice if you were on the fringe?  Odds are you probably were, and if true, the game does not account for the pin being removed anywhere other than the putting surface...  which does not include the fringe.  Having said that, there definitely should be an option to remove the pin (if not during the shot then just before)!

I have been on the green and hit the flagpole as well.

IN addition putitng from the fringe does not count as a putt  according to PGA rules, but it does according to WGT.

I too would like to see an option to remove the pin before the shot.

    Thanks.
