    yea its a cultural thing, but their not on their own Brazil, Mexico and a few other countries like to blow similar instruments ( if you can call it that) during soccer matches. For me its killing the atmosphere its completely taken the crowd out of it.

    One of the best parts of a soccer game is listening to fans sing their songs and chants, i guarantee under the sounds of the vuvuzela's there's an electric atmosphere in the stadiums . Its a shame but it looks like FIFA are not going to ban them.

    In December FIFA will announce the 2018 world cup host and as England are favourites to get it, i can assure you there wil be no vuvuzela's drowning out the crowd, how ever we might drown out the crowd with Boy George records( that should give us a edge )
