hoping that you can help me. for some reason, when i putt, the second i click to start the putt the grid disappears.  I am sure this is a setting but i just cant find it. HELP PLEASE.

I tried to enter the free tournaments and only 2 tournaments will accept my entry. I am listed as a Touring Pro. Why can't I play in the free tournaments. I spent a lot of money with WGT and this new version is exclusionary. I want entrance to the tournaments. Thank you.
