IObit seems to work for everyone who has tried it so far. Tibbets uses it, what can I say. Don't know what OS you're running, but diff configs work for diff people. I am running Vista, so what works best for me is to log out of WGT, close IE, then run the cleaner, then Deep cleen with Smart Ram. Leave the programs open, then re-open IE, WGT, log-in, play now, get your game loaded, then go to system tray and right click and exit SmartRAM and ASC. This gives me the smoothest bar. I still find, even with doing this, that when there is high volume on the site and in multi player games of 3 or more, there are still game/bar smoothnes problems. Some find that they can leave SmartRAM open during play. This is optimal, as it will continually clean the IE and Flash Player caches and keep your IE memory usage low. I still find after my IE mem usage reaches 450,000 and above, i need to clear (log-out of WGT, close IE, run the cleaner and SmartRAM, etc...) good luck and good gamming!
