    Please note I have been clearing out my "Friends" list recently. Nothing personal, but if I haven't played many, or any rounds with you, then I don't really see the point. Having a huge friends list doesnt really mean that much. Happy golfing. Cheers

    Just a few stats and items of interest on my WGT career to date.

    My name is Doug. By the way - the user name of Dorkfeatures was given to me by my children !! Dont you just luv em ?? I'm over it now, but am afraid I'll just have to live with it until we can change usernames.

            Main Achievements

    • October 09 - Ryder Cup. First round win with partner Coolswing 1 up, over Claremoreblue and Wvmountaineer. An amazing experience - nerves, pressure - felt just like the real thing !!
    • Joint second in the Kiawah Stableford Cup competition on 151 Points
    • I am developing my own blog at  www.wgtgolfguide.com   as a guide to helping new comers to the WGT site. Be my guest and take a look.
    • Qualified for Team World in the Inaugural Ryder Cup due to be played in Sept 2009. Ryder Cup Qualifying scores. May - 74, June - 74, July - 70,  - Aug - 69.

    Hello, this is to advertise the creation of a new community tournament website, World Golf Tour Community Tournaments (WGTCT). We will host many tournaments for you to compete in, showing a variety of different options in which to play the WGT game. Visit the site here and become a member so you can have a chance at the many different tourneys we have going on right now. Check out the Players Elimination Event for an unrestricted bracket-style November tournament; visit the WGT Records to enter your stats and see where you place amongst the game’s best; sign up for Monday Night Live, a weekly team “beer league” hosted for one hour on Monday nights; and be prepared to see lots of awesome tournaments in December and into 2010. Over the next few weeks, you will see tournaments like the NGLA, the NGRA, the St. Andrews Match Play Championship, the Grand Australian Open, and many more. Check out the forums and the tournament calendar, which are there for you to meet new friends around the WGT community.
