Thanks for the note regarding choosing the format to use for the singles matchups in Round 2.  Here are my my suggestion how we can sort this out:

As in the real President's Cup the singles matches are done by way of what they called matchups.  The two captains would take turn at nominating a player and the other reply with a matchup player to make up the single match.  

Eg, You started first by nominating a player on your team (it can be any player of your choice without having to conform to a ranking or seeding system) we'll use brandi35 here for this example.  Then I would have to reply by chosing a player on my team to matchup your nomination, for this example say I reply with PRIESTESS.  So there's our first match done.  For the next match it's my turn to nominate a player and then your turn to reply with a player to matchup my nomination to make up the second match.  This will then continue until we have made up all 6 matches for Round 2.

I think this is a better way to arrange the single matches as it's more interesting and there are some strategy involve here and also it gives the captains some decision making to do as well as the responsibility of chosing the right player for the right match.  If we were just to chose to matches by drawing the players out of a hat then it's all just a random thing and takes away the opportunity to set up some real exciting matches.

Anyway think about it and let me know of your decision when you can.  As for how we could both get together and do this ? I suggest we could set up a friendly round of 9 holes between us and also perthTAS (as a witness) and do it while we're playing ! It doesn't take very long and it also give us an opportunity to meet up and have a friendly chat and play some golf.  I will be online a fair bit this weekend so if you're free we can hook up quite easily.

a lot harder in the CTTH now.  Thanks for the info Don.  I was hoping I had squeaked in couple of top 20's.  Oh well, I know I am usually in the top 50, so this will just add some extra incentive to play even better in these.
