New Format
The twelve players will be split into three groups of
four players, which will be based on average and tier.
Following the completion of the preliminary round, all teams will be
ranked 1 through 12 based on points accumulated in the group stage. The top four ranked players will
receive byes to the quarterfinals, with the remaining eight players competing for the remaining four quarterfinal positions. Following that,
the final 8 players will compete in a playoff to determine the gold
medalist.
Group Point System:
Win- 3 points, Extra Holes Loss- 1 point, Regular Loss- 0 points
Courses:
Group Play- Back 9 at Bethpage, Round of 16- Front 9 at Kiawah, Quarterfinals- Front 9 at St. Andrews, Semifinals- Back 9 at Kiawah, Final- 18 Holes at Bethpage
Disconnection Policy:
A disconnection that occurs on the first tee before either player has played their shot will have the players restart their match, if one occurs at any other time, the player left in the game will have the choice of letting the player who disconnected continue the match, otherwise the disconnected player is defaulted.
Additional Information:
- Matches should be played within three days of notification for single elimination part of tournament
- The winner should notify me via PM or my wall of the result
- I don't really ask for a posted scorecard, I trust that people can be honest
- Groups will be composed of four players each
- You will play a match against each player
- Sign up by posting your tier and and average on this thread

- I may edit the draw or group size depending on the number of players
