It would be nice to see a  list of known bugs (ex: concede bug in alt play, etc) . This would certainly reduce the amount of repeat forum submissions on the same subject.

This list could show the status of the fixes so that we can know when they have been fixed or that the bugs have been recognized and are in the process of being fixed without having to read through all of the bugs reported to the bug forum

no way they are ever going to give that list out

and anyway, it would take so long for the article to be posted there would be a time out error

    Hi

How about this: I think community actually can create such list.

    1. It would have list of confirmed bugs to be resolved

    2. It would have list of oddities that have not been confirmed or not sure what causes it.

Obviously, it should be a team effort with many agreeing about 1 and 2 before they being put there.

This way, I can make sure others see it:)

Great idea Icon hopefully someone from one of the larger cc's will take one the task. I'm sure if they did everyone else would read and add their input as well.

Stupid idea for the comunity to create a bug list.  We users see the system from our perspective.  The WGT developers see it from a better vantage point.   Perceived bug lists are long and pretty useless.  Developers are the one's who decide what to work on.

Known bugs vs Perceived bugs.  Which list would you rather see?

I disagree. This list would be developed by the community. Once community vets it and I look it over, I will pass it to developers who will compare it to their list and see if anything is missing or needs re-prioritized. The reason it's effectively is because what many consider bugs is a natural or specific behavior that's known. So, not only it would weed out those 'bugs' but also educate the community.'

Remember, a bug is something that occurs every/most of the time and has specific steps to be able to reproduce it.

What I call a "ding bug" has bitten me allot lately.

In a heavy side wind, i move my aim marker well to the left or right to compensate for the wind. If I miss the ding line a touch, everything is fine. If I accidently (not too often) hit the ding, the ball takes off straight to the pin as if I never moved the aim marker. At that point, obviously, the wind catches it and sends it where it pleases. I'd not take this to be a simple deviation. It's more like punishment for dinging.

I thought it was odd until a few others started telling me they were seeing it as well.
