Problem w/ Match Play Challenge

    This particular Match was a tie after 9 holes. The contest continued into extra holes. After each hole was completed and the players pressed the continue button the next screen would load and say 'Done' in the taskbar, but only a blank screen would remain, leaving no option but for one of us to disconnect. You then could go back to your home screen and rejoin the game and a clock was given to restart or forfiet (5 min i think). Finally i was disqualified for disconnecting 3 times. Problem is... when it was freezing after every 'Extra' hole there was no other option. My opponent disconnected twice during this and i was the unfortunate one who got the Lucky #3..... ( plus a loss of credits for the match )

     A totally unfair result in my opinion...

    Something is very wrong and it's not on your end trumpy. All day I have been unable to get through any type of round on either course. Load errors, connection errors and freeze ups. This is the first time in the 8 months I've been here that this has happened so I know it's not on my end. Now you show up with the same problem. Makes me think there's a problem at WGT's end.

    so i was playing a guy on match play challenge and he froze up on the first hole actually right now do i just quit and lose my credits? or what should i do cause he wont respond to my drop game option

    I just had this happen to me as well.  I wrote an e-mail to WGT asking if I can get my credits back and am awaiting their response. 

    March 10: WGT responded that this is a known problem, and they hope to have it fixed in the next release. They refunded the credits I lost.

    I had a stroke play round a short time ago that started with 3 players, and the game owner dropped around hole 6, freezing the game and forcing the last two of us to close the window and drop the round.

    I have had games previously that continued after a player dropped, unsure if they were the game owner or not, maybe this is the common factor?
