VUSO Qualifier....Not Everyone got their just DUE !!

  Well it seems WGT gave 2000 credits to all that qualified "EXCEPT" the bottom 13 players that got in....REALLY???   c'mon WGT!!!

  Now I'm sure it's stipulated in "Rules" that only the top 156 get paid but still adjustments can be made no? It's not like any of us are gonna take the 20 bucks and run lol...I mean the credits go back to WGT anyway....

  4 players from our club made it in and 1 of those did not get the 2k....He was a bit upset to say the least!! I mean its hard enough to get in the dam thing...

  Oh well we will have to take care of our own I guess and get him some balls .... 😡😡😡

  Tell him to relax, he'll get his just due. Same thing happened last year and WGT made it right.  :-)

  If I recall correctly, the explanation is … the top 156 are automatically awarded... then WGT goes through and does the rest of the ties manually. 

  Given there is a clash, we had an unexpected downtime, a LIVE promo event and the weekend is upon us... it may not be until early next week, but I would wager those who qualified will still be eligible to play.  Since I squeeked in on the line, I just checked and yes I got a prompt to play the first round even though the "manual" qualification credits were not given - yet.

  update - okay now we are into the 3rd round (6/16) and two days into the new week and the last 14 still haven't been manually paid out.

  Still nothing. I sent in a ticket a few days ago. They said they still need to verify scores. What's there to verify? Treat your customers with some respect. Complete nonsense.

  The legitmacy of your posted round. They can tell, behind the scenes, if something's amiss. Ask a couple of Germans that were unceremoniously escorted out some time ago.  :-)

  If verifying scores were the reason, it seems inappropriate to hand out the initial 156 while holding up the last 14.  ALL payouts would have been held up pending verification not just the last 14 that were carried over due to ties... 

  either they are extremely busy with all the downtime and fixes or it just isn't a priority to them.  maybe we are earning interest while they hold out of the payouts … LOL

  That's why it's not the reason in that meaning, they probably just mean checking/verifying the other ties.

  As you said earlier this has happened in previous years, no idea why it takes so long but it just seems to, maybe they wait until after the four rounds are played (?)

  They really have to pay it as they said they would:

  The first 156 got it automatically, without any criminal investigation. The remaining 15 or so get treated like this? Complete nonsense.
