new level/free rent

    twice today I have gained a level and each time have been offered free rental but whenever I click on 'rent' it says error and to retry.

    this happens time after time after time

    This is common when leveling up. It takes time for some of the servers to update. If you contact customer support they will help you, but it will take a little time depending on when you level up. Frustrating for sure, but be patient and they will take care of you.

    Also, sometimes the level-up screen will offer you a club to rent that is no longer available in the Pro Shop (such as the L88 Adams Tight Lies Hybrid).  If you try to rent a club that is no longer available, it will give you an error.  In that case, you'll need to just pick another club to rent.
