URGENT !!!!!!!!!!!

    I logged in and my putter has changed and gone, all my balls are gone, driver is different.  Please help.  This is BS.  I paid $$ for my equipment and now it's gone.  Appreciate an expedited resolution!!!  and honestly should add credits for the disruption to my entertainment.  Thanks

    Think you should contact WGT customer helpline rather than here, either by email or on the feedback page. Unless one of the people like wgticon are here , but that’s what I would do. Good luck

    Have you updated your security and password lately ?

    You could have had a hacker messing around in your account.

    It appears that your equipment has been restored. So, did they figure out what happened?

    It appears that your equipment has been restored. So, did they figure out what happened? 

    I was thinking maybe someone had signed into the wrong account.

    Bit off subject, but this reminded me. 

    Anyone know if WGT fixed that deal where everyone who signed up via mobile had the same starting password?
