Free Rental Not Working Correctly?

  This morning, I was trying to take advantage of "Free Rental Weekend and I got charged 697 credits for the rental of an iron set.

  I'd like to have those credits restored to my account.

  Is the Free Rental Feature not working correctly?

  Here is what my transaction history shows:

  2020-01-11

  Rental of Callaway Rogue Iron Set (L97+) for 1 Day

  Rental

  -697 Cr

  same here!!..rented a club for the weekend of the 11th and 12th,  as posted by wgt!  then i got charged for the "free" rental...want to know how to get reimbursed for rental back to my account?      rented Callaway Epic flash driver Level94+  500+ rental fee!!!  please respond accordingly

  I still have not received any response from Customer Service on this - I reported it on Saturday morning January 11.   What's a normal response time?
