If you have ipad, tablet and/or phones can you not watch the 2 credit videos, you should be eligible I think?
If you are on mobile try turning off WiFi and using your mobile provider network. Not sure why put on mobile for me the surveys haven’t worked on WiFi in a couple of months. Turned WiFi off and they work great.

Survey credits, like video credits work off of regional marketing. Sometimes the slightest difference between wifi and the network location makes a difference.
