  Since the last update , when I come into WGT.com rather than the app , and go into my profile the box to the left that used to have messages , account , etc has disappeared. I use latest iPad . Anyone else have similar . On my older mini iPad it is still there. ! Most curious

  Me too, the only way I can see credit balance/level account and message tab etc is to go into buy/earn credit tab to view.

  I have a iPad Air 2.

  Log out, then log back in.

  try this , it used to work.   bottom of this page, tap on wgt mobile site,  then when it appears, bottom of page again, full site.  that brought it up for me.    good luck

  Thanks for responses , I deleted app , turned off iPad , re loaded app and hey presto that box is back which is surprising as I enter via the web site for this info , not via the app. But anyway it’s there again , so thanks for all your replies . Lesley

  Hahahahah , now it’s gone again , after typing the above response ! So it’s something to do with going into forums that delete it, please could Wgt investigate , as this is where I get my messages from, thank you

  I was told that if you go into your club forums, thru the game app, this will happen to you.  enter your forums via this Web page and your problems will disappear.  good luck

  From club forums in the WGT app , I can’t access WGT forums  in WGT.com .

  and entering WGT.com and going to my profile the box isn’t there after I have gone in to WGT forums !
