COIN CREDIT BALANCE - WHAT IS IT?

  Recently clicked on my "ACCOUNT" tab to find I have something called a coin credit balance. Did a WGT search & went through a couple hundred related posts that were mostly  3-5 yrs old, & none of which explained what this is? The only vague idea I gathered is that they may have something to do when playing the WGT mobile app, but this is just a guess. Can anyone enlighten me to tell me what they"re used for??? Mystified.        Slimjym

  There are two types of coins used in the mobile game (and I guess now in the new standalone pc version)

  There is a “Credit Balance” which are the regular gold credit coins used to purchase items in the game.

  The other is “Coin Balance” which are the silver coins used in mobile/new pc game. They are only used for wagering/playing in head to head games and to purchase/upgrade apparel that you earn from sponsee packs in head to head matches

  Don, you get 100 coins per level. So level 95 would be 9500 coins.😉

  Pretty sure it is the level you just reached multiplied by 100, so if you just reached level 97 you get 9700 coins etc

  If I have this correct, I hope it clarifies things for some players answering my original post. First my terminology was slightly wrong in my original post.I meant to type "credit balance" & "coin balance". Today I'm only referring to "coin balance" in this post (not credit balance). If I'm correct, coin balance can ONLY BE USED while playing the mobile app to wager & bet in games & to buy dress apparel. Since I strictly play entirely on my laptop & never mobile, this  coin balance is entirely useless to me.

  Don't know what the rate is, but I'm at Level 118, & my coin balance shows 289,505. Go figure??? Can't explain this, or why it's so high, but since the coin balance is useless to me, it doesn't matter anyway. Good golfing to all!        SLIMJYM

  It makes no sense, just like selling products meant to enhance/improve your personal game, then negate that COMPETITIVE advantage by pairing you with amateurs/hacks/pros/tour pros and give them a yardage advantage off the tee. It's socialist golf, meant to keep things "equal" so nobody gets their feeling's hurt. Or telling you you're in a division but they "can't" tell you your standing in that division or how to win said division on a weekly basis. Amateurs should play amateurs, hacks vs. hacks, pros vs. pros and so on. It's a ridiculous way to manage the players in this current "system".

  Seems like someone got their feelings hurt........

  Socialist golf would be charging an arm and a leg for starter clubs and balls and reserving the good equipment for the party leaders.
