    150 yards landing at 127?

143 yards (dinged) into a straight headwind, winds up off to the right by 5 yards?

Is there randomness built into these shots?  Of course, I'm not playing with a $3 ball.

You did not mention change in elevation - which changes the distance.  Amount and type of spin also affects distance and wind effects.  If you have not mapped your clubs, that is helpful to get more accurate distances, as well.

Also, the wind is variable - quite a bit on some courses and some holes.

Also check from behind the hole, it might look it’s a direct headwind, from behind it might show slightly left or right.
