Horrible Meter Issues PLEASE HELP

For days now I have had horrible meter issues. Am I the only one or is this happening to others? Its all I can do to get through one hole a day to get the club points without losing a ball. I've tried all the following. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. TY

Cleared Cache
Ran Ccleaner
Updated Operating System
Updated Dell
Ran defragment thingy
Ran Malware thing
Ran Antivirus Scan
Restarted Computer
Pulled hair out
Remaining hair turned gray

I just noticed that it runs smoothly if I don't "Biggy" size the screen with the little 4 arrow thing at the bottom right of the game screen.

WGT always tells you do not maximize the screen. I have found it depends on the browser. Maximized screen on Opera works fine for me.

Try a different browser.

Try these settings:

WGT settings:

Display hole in 1 challenges = no

Ball speed boost = N/A (or none)

Use ball speed boost on green? = no

Flash quality = Medium

Show WGT lessons = off

Transparent avatar = off

Virtual caddy =show caddy

Distance markers = on

Aerial multi-cam = on

Aim arc = on

Camera pans = off

reflections = off

Putting grid = off

Hole info display = off

Ball trails replay = off

Flag animation = off

End of game messages = off

Putter pal display = on

Shot pal display = on

Show available surveys = no

Show credit offers = no

Pip animation during putt = off

Show swing meter boost = off

Tee shot data = off

Advanced settings:

Avatar angles = off

Background loading = off

Display swing circle = on

Display putting power = on (personal preference, not set as default)

Did you try a different browser? That often works.

Of the settings DonaldKey mentioned, the following will help and not make it worse:

(Others are optional)

Flash quality = Medium

reflections = off

Flag animation = off

Pip animation during putt = off

Yes have tried other browsers with the same issue. If I full screen everything goes wacky. I've found that it does the same thing on youtube. Very Very Strange my dear Watson.
