I hit Level 85 and wasn't allowed the free rental.

  When I hit Level 85 I wanted to use the free rental to try out the Callaway L85 irons, and it did not work. When I clicked to "Rent & Equip" it, all I got was a Red box around the item and red words in the middle claiming "Level Invalid" even though I had just reached level 85.

  I took photos of the screen as evidence. Who do I email those to in order to fix this situation?

  Ben,contact customer support, i believe its members@worldgolftour.com. Or hit settings ,then faqs then help/support and that will get you where you want to go. Hope this helps,gl.
