Unable to play on iPad after update

    After last weeks update I was notified my WGT app needed a major update. So I go through the App Store and attempt to update the app as requested. 

    I’m then asked to verify my details, address, card etc.

    Then it tells me payment was declined, I’m not making a purchase. 

    And still not able to download the updated version I was told to. Anyone had, having this issue. So can’t play on any mobile device at the moment.

    I've never been asked these things when doing a wgt update.  Are you sure you didn't click on a weird ad?  If you did, you might want to be checking your credit card transactions closely.

    Sorry to hear of your trouble.  You were great contributor in Christmas in July.

    More than likely the OP signed on via PC looking for answers.

    No not on a P.C, on my iPad, through any browser WGT.com which brings up the home page where I log in and everything is there. Pro shop, Forum etc.

    The only thing I cant do is play on a mobile device.

    Or worse than a weird ad. Maybe a virus or an arbor.
