just played someone who had callaway tour I z balls that said they were free, where do these come from does anyone know , all he said was from his bag , then said from pro shop , but these balls aren’t available from pro shop ! Any ideas ?

The Tour I(z) ball is an old ball on WGT. They have since been replaced with the Callaway Hex Chrome or Callaway Chrome soft.

The chrome soft (L33) took over for the Callaway Tour I(s) and the Hex Chrome (L35) took over for the Tour I(z).

I see you are playing the L39 (love it) which is the yellow version of the L35 which is the same ball as the Tour I(z) you talk about. Just the typical model name change in the game for a ball with the same specs as before.

Thanks for your response. I am very happy with my yellow callys , but was just baffled as to how my opponent in a coin room match had a ball that said it was free , that he said he got from the pro shop.

The irony here is killing me. You must realize that the only reason WGT has yellow Callaways is because of the guy that answered you. LOL

The beginning of "the quest." It was an epic campaign. :-)

I don’t really care why I have yellow callys , I love them ! And that isn’t the point of my original question , so I am not sure what your point is !!
