earn free credits "complete offers" not getting credits

  hello people

   

  I singed up to gala bingo deposit £10 offer which means I will receive 4500+ WGT credits - i did this last night and havent received credits - I have looked at transcation history etc and cant find any evidence of me doing this despite me signing up to gala bingo with same email address as on here - I have an email to prove i did this
  
  Have I just wasted £10?

  Possibly. WGT will do nothing in cases like this. You must deal with the outfit that sponsored the offer.

  never signed up before and I got the £30 sign up bonus - no wgt credits tho

  The £30 may be the problem, the deposit £10 and spend £40 offer inluded in the T+C's.

  I think Dodgy was trying to point out the missing bit

         and play a minimum £5.

  The other possibility is he is looking for two bonuses or joining offers at the same time, he got £30 and wants the credits too, I don't think gambling sites do that.
