I prefer to play players that are equal or better than me, just to make me better. If someone can't play very good, you don't play very good. Not on purpose. It's just you wouldn't take your time and think about your shot. So let's not forget (there is no stupid questions). That's being said. I would like to see a Post where we can say anything, maybe just to vent. Put a warning. If offended easily. Don't go in this forum.  Thank you. Just my 2 cents.  ( That's all it's worth ) Santa 084

People who say there is no stupid question has probably never worked retail. Here's one of my favorite exchanges with a customer from when I worked at Radio Shack back in the day:

Customer: Holds up a telephone cord and asks, "How long is this 25-foot telephone cord?"

    Me: It's about 25 feet.

    Customer: Thanks!

    Me: You betcha!

Of course, I've heard some of my colleagues ask some pretty stupid questions as well. This exchange is from a training session:

Speaker: For this next item, there's a pull-down menu with only two choices: yes or no. It asks If the person did X. If the person has done X, then select "yes.'

Colleague: But what do we do if the person hasn't done X?

    Speaker: Then you select "no."

    Colleague: Thanks!

Customer walks into Home Depot and says he wants to buy some two-by-fours.  Clerk asks "How long do you want them"?

Customer says "A pretty long time - I am building a house".

Me: “Hello, this is [golf course]. How may I help you?”

Customer: “Hi, I’d like to make a tee time for 2:30, please.”

Me: “Alright, I’ve got 2:32. Can I have your last name, please?”

Customer: “2:32?! That’s WAY too late! Do you have anything earlier?”

    Me: “Sure, I have 2:24.”

Customer: “2:24?! That’s MUCH too early. You guys need to have better times!”

    Me: “Hello, [golf course].”

Customer: “Yes, Do you guys sell cashews?”

Me: “As a matter of fact, we do.”

Customer: “So how much are they?”

    Me: “$2.40.”

Customer: “Okay, so can I get a tee time for 2:00?”

    Me: “Sure. How many people?”

    Customer: “Just me.”

Me: “Okay, and golf cart or walking?”

Customer: “Oh, I’m not golfing. I’m just coming to pick up the cashews!”

Customer: “Excuse me. Do you have any left-handed golf balls?”

    Me: “Excuse me?”

Customer: “I’m left-handed, and I need a left-handed ball. I don’t want my balls curving to the right all the time.”

Me: “All the balls are the same. They’re round, and they don’t have a hand preference.”

Customer: “Don’t f*** with me. I already had to search through all your clubs for a left-handed one, so where’s your left-handed balls?”

Me: “…the dark green and the orange balls are left-handed.”

Customer: “See? Was that so hard?”

    Me: *facepalm*

Lol. Okay, I stand corrected. I told you my 2 cents wasn't worth it.
