I don't mind playing against any tier players but I need to know why/how a higher tier player can play a lower tier tournament. Given that our handicaps do reduce by consistent play experience , it is natural that if one enters tournaments at the lower end of their tier before rolling over to the next level they would still complete those tournaments when they have moved to the next level. I need to know if there is any limit to the duration of time when the next achieved level cannot proceed in tournaments at the level just left.
I played in a rnd 8 and was absolutely thrashed by a tr master h'cap 64 !! and I thought I had a good game. No spilt milk here, good luck to that player, but I have to ask
