connection Issues

  I play on my mobile phone,,,,,a Galaxy J5 and play on the android app. Recently I have been encountering problems accepting requests from friends to play........i seem to be able to connect fine if i send the request but am unable to accept them. i have emailed WGT but its still occurring........any ideas to resolve it would br most helpful

  The first thing I would try is restarting your phone. The app uses a fair amount of memory and that will clear some memory if it's gotten to the point of not being able to load and function properly. 

  If that doesn't solve your issue try uninstalling the app, restarting the phone (this will clear out any residue from the app in the cache), then reinstall the app.
