e mail from wgt

  i remember that when you sent a email to members@wgt.com about a problem you would get a reply that they got your email and will look into the problem i havent had ant problems for a good 2 years now and with in the last two weeks i have sent 2 emails and did not get a reply that they got my email or an answer to my problem . so my question is am i sending my requests to the wrong email address or do they just dont care any more

  If you are using the right contact address then check your Spam....

  All my correspondence from WGT has being going there ( since about 2 updates ago ) for some reason.

  A different take....but have you changed your email address? Auto replies will be sent to the email address set up under Account (top left of this page - just above the play now button).

  AFAIK, confirmation messages, including a nice case no., come when using

  but not when emailing them.

  well i tried that also gepetto wrote my message to them and when i hit send i got error message could not be sent  error 224 i think  woisme
