Problem in loading a game in Alternate Shot

  In Alternate Shot more than 50 per cent of the time, only three players appear for play that the host sees only three players while the others see four.  This has been going on for a long time and has been reported to WGT multiple times (twice by me), but they will not fix it.  My request if anyone has any influence with WGT, will you please contact them and demand they do something.  Thanks.

  Demanding might not be the best way to get anything. Better chance if you ask nice.

  I've done that twice and it did not work.;  they  did not  even respond.  That's why I'm asking some one else to try.
