  Customer support is usually very good about taking care of things like that. Click on "Contact" at the bottom of this page, then select "Customer Support".

  While I'm sure it's frustrating to return to the game under the belief you will be given free balls that are then not delivered, this does seem a bit extreme.

  If WGT promised free balls for buying credits and then didn't give you them then I would call it a scam. 

  Have you contacted CS and they ignored you?  I've always had very good experiences with them.
