CC Owner Tools

  I've recently assumed the role of "owner" of our CC.  Nothing devious, just a friendly change due to the old owners busy schedule.

  The problems are I'm not seeing that I have the availability to do several things that the "CC Owners Tools" I am supposed to have.

  1.  Deleting old threads in the forum...

  2.  "Pinning" threads to keep them on the first page of the forum so members don't have to go looking for them...

  Please advise what I"m supposed to do to make these "tools" available or fix my account so that I have them.

  I hafta ask CS to "pin" threads (using "Contact" at the bottom of the page in gray area). They are pretty responsive - but it would definitely be better to have the tools work.

  If it's any consolation, I took over a club the same way you did over two years ago, and have never had those tools either.
