  Can someone explain how I pay 200 to play a matchplay,20c commission.,it says the winner gets 180c    yet I only get 160c...Yet it shows 180c win in my account.

  It's 10% rake per player.

  You spend 200, 20 go to WGT. Same for your opponent. The stake is 180 each, WGT earned 40 cr.

  The winner gets the pot, 2x180=360. Half of that is his bet, the other half is his win: 180 cr.

  The loser gets nothing back, 200 cr spendings.

  You spent 200 and received 360 - net gain is +160.

  But, the calculation is different: 200 - 20 + 180 = 360.

  Ok I still dont get this....I played a 300c MP today

  it says the winner gets 270c and its30c rake..iunderstand that part.

  I ended up 240c richer.

  i had 1235c

  now i have 1475. c

  wheres the 270c that it said the winner gets.i cansee theres 30c missing  

  but why do they say the winner gets 270c  I got 240c.

  You lost 30 credits (10% of your credit amount) to WGT as part of your entry fee.

  When you won, you won your opponents credits (270).

  You also won back your credits, but you didn't get back the full 300. You only got back 270 of your original 300. You lost 10% to WGT, same as your opponent.

  If you started with 1000 credits.

  1000 - 300 = 700     Cost you 300 credits to enter the match.

  700 + 270 + 270 = 1240     You win the match. You get your 270 in winnings and 270 of your original 300.

  It looks like you only won 240, but you did win the full amount.

  300c MatchPlay:    Each player pay into the pot 300c

                                 300c X 2(one for each player) = 600c

                                 Less WGT 10% rake (of 600c) = 60c                 

                                 Total Pot to winner = 540c

                                  Wnners gain  =  240c

   Match play 200crs.      WGT commission 10% (20crs)   Both players need to pay 20crs = 40crs.     WGT get the commission and the winner gain 160crs.      200-40=160
