From your saturated average of 64.24, it goes like this:

    Your average pool contains 64.24 (average) x 40 rounds = 2570 shots.

You need to reduce this 2570 to 63.00 x 40 = 2520 shots to advance, by replacing higher scores with lower scores. Thus, strip off 50 shots from your average. Assuming that you have some 67 scores in the mix along with the fine 30/31 that you have been shooting lately, 10 rounds of 31 (=62) would be necessary.

As they said, no Par3 (in the Brackets) or CC Custom Courses would count in.

Very nicely presented Scott - much better then a cut and paste of the original.

Uh, Mr.Scott sir, know it's been awhile since I've been to Specsavers (other optometrists may be available), but I don't see any flashing going on there.

    Just sayin  :-)

It doesn't technically 'flash' Thomas, which might be hazardous to epileptics, perhaps I should've described it as showy. It's supposed to change colour when you hover over it, but it might not do anything in some browsers. : )
