How WGT could increase the numbers of players

  I have played Ready-go since for a number of years. A recent decrease in the number of players and tournaments is quite noticeable. The reasons are there are too many 50 credit tournaments which afford very little payoff but consume the expensive golfs used to compete. The second is too many tournaments require excessive credits to play for fun. couple of examples today are 50 credits to play Royal Saint George and Best of par 4,s both are 18 hole events. The too high priced examples are Tour Masters 200 credits Saint Andrews for 9 holes, 1000 credits for 18 holes on Saint Andrews and 500 credits for 18 holes on Chambers Bay. I play for fun and these examples take the fun out except for the very highest skilled players. The examples written above have been on your board for up to a week.My suggestion is to revert to your former playing format, for example, 90% of tournaments at 100 credits for 9 holes and 200 credits for 18 holes. I know I would play 4 or 5 times per day versus once. Thanks for your consideration. WGT will get a ton more players and everybody wins. Thanks

  I doubt Wgt can make everyone happy ;).  I agree with you on the .50 cent 18 hole Ready go's though.  I'm actually not a fan of any 18 hole ready go's.  My attention span is too short.  Whenever I play any 18 hole ready go's on 200 cr or under my WD rate becomes quite high.  Par on 1st hole and I always WD.

  I'd like to see a lot more 9 hole Ready Go's with higher credits such as 200, 300, 400, 500, and even 1000 (that are not Heavy Winds!!).
