The first mark is 90%, so 90% of 210 is 189.
Shot pal scale is 0-100% but that's just a rough guide because the ratio of %power to distance is not linear.
i.e. If you hit a 100 yard wedge at 50% power, it will not go 50 yards
You just have to practice and learn what your clubs are capable of.
