  The front 9 was most intriguing. We traded holes throughout. I seemed to come into my own on the back. Some good luck on my part - sadly some bad for Ross. 

  Hmm. That seems to be the way of PainHurts. Really, neither of us should have lost. 

  A memorable game, long in the making. Fun in the doing.

  Jim (Jim5306) and I played Pinehurst this am ... He snagged an ugly hole on the front nine with a triple bogie which put him in a bind ... and we played the rest fairly even ... I finished with a 67 to his 72. He is a great playing partner and a new friend. Enjoyed.   Thanks Jim.

  just finished a most enjoyable game with Nancy1959

  pinehurst is not Nancy's favourite course and i had the added bonus of catching her on an off day.

  However there was still from great play between us and the game was really enjoyable

  final score:

  Mike, it is a tribute to having an extra special opponent when I can play poorly and yet truly say that I enjoyed myself!!!

  My 7 straight pars on holes 11-17 is still haunting me a bit......   :)

  But I do have to also brag on Mike's long eagle approach shot on one of those almost 550 yard par 4's on the back 9!   I think he hit that from about 230 yards away!

  Enjoyed a good match with Erv (Solanna). I got off to a good start with early birdies, but the game changed from the 7th, Erve's birdies to my bogeys (from some sloppy play).

  A good 65 to my poor 71 (nett 68) and a win for UFVG v FPGC.

  As posted earlier, there were three more (and the last) of the sleeves to be won. Thanks again to  Kevin (iamvapour) for 600 worth and our 'mystery' sponsor.

  The top two images below are the team squads as posted to me or listed by the team captains, they were placed in rotation in the shuffle bracket.

    

   

  After being shuffled, the bottom two images is how the names appeared in the shuffle bracket, and those lucky top three win the sleeves.
