On the home page you will see the banner that says

Play Famous Courses, if you click at the bottom left

corner where it says host of 20-- US Open & keep

clicking you will see Erin Hills picture, at right it says

Yes it does.  If you click the play now button for any course shown it opens the game client for you.  None of the pictures shown take you to any of the courses directly.

I think that was added during last weeks downtime in preparation for this which is due to start Tues/Weds. of this week.

Yes it was.  I saw it a couple of days ago.  Not open yet so if you click the enter link it says "You are not eligible to enter this Tournament"

Because the eventual winner will know the holes inside and out before the stroke version starts. All the shots wind up on greens so  you just don't have to go for the pin. Hit to different parts to figure rolls, stuff like that.  See what it takes to get out of rough and sand if it's there. And it usually is. :-)

One of the things which would have been so easy to incorporate into this game is a 'flyby' mode, where you can scope out all areas of a hole, do just that.... use a grid to check out landing areas close to green etc...

The camera's don't really cut it most of the time, not the same as going ground level... 'Drone Mode'

Of course god knows what the fee would be for using such a feature, I can't imagine something like that would be a free thing for players to use. 100cr for 10 flyby's.
