I installed Discord on PC and iOS and have text working. Since I have no PC mic, I tried voice on the iphone but kept getting a terrible echo/repeat of everything I said. I could hear the other party OK, and he could hear me.

The button in the app for this did not fix anything - any hints or suggestions?

I don't use any type of voice chat software and usually keep the sounds in the game muted. Here is why,

90 % of my playing time on my weekend which is Tuesday and Wednesday Night is after midnight when my wife is asleep. If I played and did voice chat while I played it would keep her awake, That wouldn't be conducive to a good family life,

I understand Joe and I would have the same issue at night. I was playing an A/S game yesterday and it would have been nice to be able to talk rather than type.
