  BUT 400cr to use a custom course?? 

  Total extortion.

  But does anyone know - if you make a 4-round comp - is it still 400cr - or 1600cr.

  Dunno, but 1,600 would be perfectly logical.

  I just made a 4-round tourney with a custom course.  It only took one "course builder."
