Some low avg champion shot a 21 at PB...I asked around and it seems nobody outside of her CC has ever heard of her.
I also checked the last major leaderboard and saw no sign of her name. Best kept secret in wgt?
....I'm guessing a red tee champion. Maybe explains the 21 or 22 for scores; and the 48/49 averages.
