  Bombur vs Pogbah 3&2

  Very correct and quiet match. Won but not so easily. He decided my sprinnt start and the inexperience of my right opponent in playing the green 13.

  Then in the second 9th came also the Meter Jumping factor that favored me.

  It's nice to find in this tournament opponents always extremely correct.

  Group 3   Clowns v Friends of  Seve

  Bluey403 defeats pp37 3&2

  Neither Phil or I set the course alight. I managed to eagle 6 and with birdies on 8 & 10 was 3 up.  Phil was unable to bridge the gap.

  A friendly match and I am sure if we play again the game will be much higher quality

  Group 1 Game 6

  Starrider2 and tubbytubb  AS after 18 and Starrider hit the cart path right up to the green, and tubby can't putt.  Great guy, but someone needs to tell him that this is golf, not darts.  LOL  Had a blast John, good meetin ya.

  PS  For once thank god for rules.  Starrider2 and tubby tied.  He really beat me, but no sudden death, I got lucky again.

  Wooden Tee Wolverines vs Calm Waters CC

  Vaibhav5viv won 6&4 against ecep315. Ed had a tough start finding sand left on 1st 2 holes. I stretched it out to 5 UP at the turn with a 27 ft putt on 9th. Stuck it to 1.7ft on the 10th to go 6 UP before Ed pulled one back on 11th. Game was effectively over on 12th as we halved with pars as I was due a cc on 14.

  You did stick approach shot on hole 10 at 1.7 ft.  Very good game!

  shedlite Vs GripnRipNslice

  started off horrible  even after getting hole 6 was 4 down at turn

  managed to win 3 got hole 16 conceeded was as at 16

  putter failed at that moment lost 16 and 17

  GripNRipNSlice wins 2up on 17

  Bubbsboy lost 2 and 1 to Gaarsman .

  Paul was 4 up after 5 with exceptional darts, he didnt have to putt much as his iron play was top rate. On the other hand i was leaving myself too much and nothing would drop, so pars were not enough to his birds.

  He was 5 up after 12 and then i fought back (as usual in this comp lol), i started darting or if i needed to then i knocked a couple long ones in (especially 16th) ;-)

  In truth Paul conceded on 15 when i had a decent length putt as he said he was enjoying company......that to me sums this comp up........great friendliness and respect.

  If you reading this Eric.......Paul is a top player and a top bloke, credit to your club.

  That what i ever say is : if you win or lose it doesn'matter when you have a good company
