Hi all WGT players and Admin.

I need some urgent help, please.

Up to today, I have been playing using MAXTHON Browser because it´s miles better than Chrome.

However, something went wrong with Maxthon and I can´t get access to my account. I can still get access to my account through Chrome but, it´s crap for playing.

I requested a new password but WGT won´t give me a new one because I can´t remember my old one! I´m old!!!

Does anyone have a similar problem and did you manage to fix it?

    Any help appreciated

    Thanks

    Hi,

Read somewhere there was a recent update to Maxthon that may have changed some settings. I personally don't use Maxthon so I am not sure what settings these would be but from what I have heard they could cause some issues. To reset your password, message Customer Service here and they would be more than happy to help reset it for you.

    All the Best,

Since the password is apparently stored in Chrome, there should be a way for you to find it out. In FF, it's in the "Security" section of the settings tab.

Good tip Alosso, you can access any stored passwords in Chrome, I don't personally, but I sincerely hope they're hidden behind another password!

In FF (again), the master password is optional.

From Chrome, you may store the PWs in a google cloud *shudders* but also locally.

You can retrieve all your passwords stored in Chrome with Chromepass

    Hi Alosso.

Thanks for your suggestion. However, it isn´t possible because I never save passwords on Chrome.

    Thanks for your help.
