They discharged me today, and after having received lots of fluids, 2 bags of blood, and having had a surgical procedure to remove a muscle sample from my thigh, now begins the long wait until the muscle biopsy results come back so the doctors will know a little more about my leg condition.
It's swollen,sore, and lots of broken blood vessels on my calf and thigh, all with no known injury causing it. Myositis is the medical term for my ailment ...
Good to be back home ... hospital food is horrible !
