can some 1 plz explain 2 me WHY when taking up offers from FYBER u don't get ur credits in the allotted time they state .

I took up the offer of joining a on-line casino and spent £10 , it said credits awarded In 20 mins I waited and waited still no credits, I sent FYBER an e-mail only to receive a e-mail back the next day saying it could take up to 2 weeks for me to receive the allotted credits and to take screen shots of joining, deposit etc ,this I did and e-mailed them back  , surely if it states 20 mins it should be that.

From what I have been  told from others that have had dealings with Fyber this is  common occurrence .

Surely this is false advertising and should be stopped or reported to the relevant authorities they are obtaining money under false  pretences' .

When WGT members take up these offers we expect our credits in the time it states ,not 2 weeks after, I am sorry I took up this offer and am totally disheartened by this as It seems to be a normal practice by FYBER .

Has any1 else had his problem , it would  be very interesting to find  out just how big this problem is widespread .

a very p@@@@@ off wgt player

    No offence intended:

There are a lot of problems with offers and whatnots.

Now you have learned that earning "free credits" may include the feeling of getting spammed. scammed.

    Nope, scammed! (fixed it)

Fortunately, I'm not involved - my life's time is too precious for me.

i completed an offer with fyber spending 15 uk pounds on the leovegas casino site ,,did everything asked ,,it said credits within 30 mins ,that was 9 days ago ive tried and tried to contact them ive sent 5 emails to wgt  asking them why they are letting there customers to be ripped off by these clowns the offer was for 3150 creds ,,normally i buy 20 dollars aweek witch gets me 2000 creds ,this is the secound week ive not bought any ,,when ive used the balls up i have on stock i am done with these people,, 1 good thing is that i won 200 pounds on the casino site and after a lot of running about i was allowed to withdraw 150 pounds ,,i love wgt i been playing since 2011 reaching ledgend status ,i have spent 100,s of dollars on balls ,equipment and challenge games bit enough is enough they wont get another dime of me ,,the game is very glitchy nowadays so the enjoyment has diminished.. wgt dont give a *** about there customers or they would at least check that fyber being honest ,,dont use fyber they will rip you off ,,regards john

Fyber are complete idiots recently took up a casino offer with them that should pay nearly 5000 credits, resulting in me contacting there support team as no credits received. Anyway had a response saying to post proof and take screen shots of the offer taken, which i did do and sent in five e-mails to them, which resulted in no replies from them in 2 weeks! i do not normally take up offers and just buy credits direct from (wgt) which i should of done. I would personally stay well clear of Fyber in future and suggest other (wgt) members do too.

Although if you do take any offers i would suggest using trial pay as i have taken two offers with this company and both were paid promptly.

    Cheers

Fyber is a ripoff site and all offers should be left alone especially the gambling sites above all else . What you can do is contact your card company and explain the problem since the offer didnt pay out as promised .

As long as you havent used the gaming site you can pretty much get a full refund by contesting the charge . Most card companies will give you anywhere from 30-90 days to challenge any card purchases to prevent card fraud and wrongful purchases . So this is your way out .

Trial Pay Supersonic and Peanut Labs are the best when doing offers of paying for credits . But again leave Fyber alone or prepared to be greatly disappointed .

Except for 1 or 2 instances Fyber has always paid off for me. Also most of my credits obtained over the last year or so have been on the mobile game watch videos  link which is  Fyber. The videos only pay 2 credits but sitting in the break room at work during lunch I have made as many as 100 credits many times.
