Why am I having trouble contacting a player? Everytime I click on his name I get the "Opps" screen.
Is the player in your friends list and start with a number? If so, WGT know about the issue and claims they are working on it.

That shows up as player not found, when clicking on from friends list, not Oops.
I've had both Oops and player not found when clicking a friend whose username starts with a number. Not every time but every once in a while.
just messin', yep, I've been seeing it too lately, but not every time.
