I have trouble stopping meter where I want to sometimes. Can anyone give me a technique to help me get my timing back on track?

Play a few holes with starter balls.

try using your periphrial vision...look just ahead of the ding line and use the corner of your eye to stop the meter

I don't look at the Ding line.

I look ahead of the Ding line at where the swing meter will be when I need to click the mouse so the hit is on the Ding line.

At least when I want the hit to be on the Ding.

I usually aim putts inside 10 feet by purposely missing the ding - late for a right to left break, early for a left to right break.
