I see a lot of spider purchases...are any of you seeing a big difference in your putting with them? Still pondering a putter purchase but I would like to hear some reviews.

I like it so far... seems to be more forgiving than stated. Making a lot more longer putts =) But it does seem to be a little shorter than rated. (And yes I am aware that the ranges are different)

One other item of note: There are a lot less image increments for the new putter (TM Spyder) so the old 6 feet of speed per avatar move does not apply anymore =( Just got to be able to feel it!

I'll probably grab the spider & give it a shot....$4.00 chump change! Those high winds are taking me further from the hole so hopefully it will help me thanks!

Okay the big differnce between the Taylor Made and Ping putter are as follows

Ping distances are 150/60/30/15 feet

Taylor Made distances are 100/50/25 feet

I think the spider avg"s about 8, 10, and 14 ft increments for the 25,50, and 100 meter.

So I ended up getting the ping as well. I play too fast & 25 yarder was messing me up being so used to the 30. Trying that one out right now... I'm going to try to hold off buying any more clubs until the sellback feature comes. I have so many that I don't use now.
