I am using a windows 8.1 laptop. For the last couple of weeks I have experienced random meter problems where the meter fails to recognise my clicks, continues to the right hand side of the dial then hits a monumental slice. It happens on all courses I have played and effects any club including the putter. It has become unplayable and unenjoyable.

I am sorry to hear that you are having troubles with the Swing Meter. Since you're encountering these issues we recommend trying the following:

    - Close other programs, browser windows and browser tabs

    - Have the wgt.com website open but minimized and not displayed

    - Play WGT in the original window size, do not maximize it to full screen

    - Turn off Reflections, Flag Animation, Background Loading, Avatar rotations, and WGT Lessons in your Options

No. Just have the game client open.

There have been a few mentions this past week of signing into the game from the Golf Channel web site, supposed to be smooth as silk.

Yep.... I keep going back to see if it's been screwed with - every time it's the same, smooth as silk.
