  It would be a good idea if the club owner could send individual emails to club members when they first join the CC.

   

   I’ve had a few new members that don’t accept a friends request so there is no way I can  to communicate with them on a personnel level. I have to send the same email to all club members.

  I just friend all members and send a welcome message, and post on their wall in the meantime. If a new member won't friend the boss then do you want them in your club?

  You can open a thread in the club forum used only for the presentations of new members, even the engages so you can personally thanks players which decided to join your club. They are not friends in list but they will surely recive (if choosen) an email with the thread post. You can also remove silent players.

  All required, none indispensable.

  Only by posting in a thread the option opens up (as a default in the CC forum) to receive mail copies.

  simple all new members have to friend me first before acceptance into the club if not no entry
