  To all that have  responded to the loss of my dear friend Papadimples may I say thanks to each of you.   I was fortunate to play everyday with Jim for the past 2 years in that 8:30 threesome..We shared more than golf on here and when he found out about Skype, a whole new world opened up… One hour led to two and 2 to 3… You get the picture… When a few of us found out he had cancer, we dressed our avatars in pink to show our support…about 3 weeks ago, Jim grew too weak to take my calls.. I knew then that time was near…. My heart grew sad because I knew the dreaded phone call was near..His girlfriend called me just minutes after he past…I cried…My friend was gone from here but never forgotten…Rest In Peace My Brother…I Love You Man..

  When asked it was a no-brainer for me.

  What a wonderful and thoughtful tribute Yancy.

  I am continually blown away by the amount of good people on this site.

  Very encouraging and very touching. I did not know Papa, but I too will raise a glass

  and later today, when I tee off for real, I will think of him as I swing my first drive.

  You people are fantastic.
