In the last 2 or 3 weeks the jumping on the meter has increased alot. I used to notice it would do more at busier times, and being this open has made the site overall busier at all times, is that what is happening? And if so, can we someone all chip in like 1 dollar to get some more bandwidth. There was a good month stretch where the game was workin pretty damn solid and i think all the extra players is the only real thing thats causing most of these game issues.

And just an aside for all the people who complain about how the putting and green speeds are inconsistant, umm, they are supposed to be. When you play just a regular round they seem to play medium speed, but some tournies they are medium, some they are slow. Sometimes the wind is lower too. Check the conditions at the tourney page. if you are playin the may 18 hole stroke for example, putts break more and move slower. Its not broken. the green conditions are just set to slow, and slower putts take break much, much more.

please, we have to do something to fix this. I just pulled a 4 foot putt 3 feet wide because the meter froze way early as I was clicking. We seriously need some more bandwidth if you guys dont want the US Open to end up in disaster. And oh yea, that putt was on the single play week 21 tourney which has paused to load for over a minute 3 times and im only on the 2nd hole, even I might add, instead of the 1 under I should be

I am not sure what has happened in the last couple of weeks but the game is now getting to be unplayable.

Swing bar jittering has jumped big time.

Shot jump left or right on a perfect swing.

Shots are 10 yds short on a perfect swing with a tail wind.

I can go on, but what ever changes they are making are not helping, but hurting the game.

Hi Shaun, are you seeing the problem mainly during putting, or for any swing?

during any swing. More at busier times, but overall its been increased lately, as have been load times. Im sure its just from all the extra people but sometimes its frustrating to be goin well and have the meter freeze or rocket on you and ruin a hole.

its really startin to wear on me actually. The game is not fun anymore. If this happens in the open im going to have issues

I did something that finally cleared up the out of control shots.

I went back to the free clubs, played one round, switched to my starter clubs and the accuracy went back to where it should be. I would suggest you try that if you shots are jumping all over the place like mine were.

it doesnt matter. The meter should never freeze. Ive had it freeze today for a good 5 seconds, no joke. Its really making me start to dislike the game, how bad its been the last week or 2.

    I had that issue once...

I cleared my cache (I am sure someone here can tell you how, if you don't know) and the problem went away.

    Just a thought.

    Cheers.

Putting meter was getting unbearable for me too, and I consider myself to be above average outside of 20 feet.  I took  ShaunMcClarty's suggestion and cleared my cache.  I hit the white line on my next putt and drained a 30 footer.   The rest of the round was back to normal as well.

I recommend everyone try this and report the outcome as this could help WGT with a bug fix.

    Thanks!
