    This sight is getting worst in stead of better. Just finished a 9 hole tournament, WOW. Had a putt 22 feet from the hole , 1 foot down hill and it gives me a 60 foot putter.  Chips, thumps down. There is not one club that has an honest distance regardless of wind or lie. Will show 13 miles hour cross wind and the ball won't move a bit. Next hole maybe 7 mile wind tail and ball will go 20 - 30 feet past club distance. Top it off, your lucky even to hit the ball without the slide bar hanging up or stopping during swing. Think the only thing you got going for you is graphics and that there aren't any other sights to play.  Thank God for Friends or it wouldn't be worth playing.

    umm, why don't you practice, so u know how far the ball goes on each hole. isn't it why people play the course more than once?

    Hey iconian,  If you bothered  to check my profile before you speak.  You would see I am a Amateur

    and have played many rounds.  Did not arrive at that statis by playing once or twice. Also if you read the

    forum, you would see many of the same complaints. This isn't a pissing match here, I am just voicing my

    opinion and those of whom I have played with. Happy to see you practice ethic.

    By far the best golf game i ever played....It will get better...be patient...

    How do you get to the amateur level from hack....I have a 68 scoring avge but still only drive it 225!

     I have the same frustrating problems as everyone else , but I fail to find this game to be nowhere near as inconsistent as a lot of peeps make it out to be. Even if I did, I never fail to keep in mind that this is easily the best online golf game I've played and , on top of that, it's completely FREE .

     If this were a purchased game / download , I could understand the over-the-top complaining that we see in these forums every day. Somehow, I think that WGT is aware of the probelms and is really trying to solve them ... it's still relatively new and evolving, so let's give them a break.

    There have been problems over the months I have been playing on this site and I've seen them get fixed.

    What great site!

    I have to say that you need a REALLY fast computer. I was having issues with the stuttering trigger and slow response.

    When I upgraded my computer in January they all went away. I'll slowly get better, but I can't blame the site or my computer any longer!!

    well here are 2 problems

    1. when you make such useless titles, people tend to think that you have nothing useful to say

    2. just because you been hitting the ball, doesn't mean you been playing

    a player pays attention to everything. wind, direction, speed, etc and adjusts

     

    seems like u haven't

    the rest u mean are called deviations, they happen, not much can be done about it

    GripRip, obviously the way things work can be figured out, or you wouldn't be seeing the scores that I and some of the other top golfers shoot.  It may seem like some big mystery, but it can be figured out with time and practice.  So, try and go easy on the harsh words for everyone.  We all get frustrated, but hey, that's golf right?

    To tibbets,  Must say your diplomacy is much appreciative. It carries merit but those I've played with can't all be wrong and have agree with me on many items.   Love the game and sight but there are problems.Just venting and ment no malice. As for the harsh words, you can see they were only directed to those that chose to cast the first stone. Thanks for your comments. Wish I could play the game as well on a real course, LOL.
